Order Information

Can I check my order History?
-The first page of “My account” will display your previous orders.
-If you would like to check all orders history, please simply click “Show all orders” at the right top of previous order table.
-In order to view order details, please click “View” Button.

Can I view past delivery invoices?
Every order comes with separate delivery invoices. To view each delivery invoice, click into “View” and you will see all your order informations. Invoices contain important informations, such as payment total, Credit deductions (discount code), shipping and handling charges and items within the shipment.

Account management

How do I change my personal information?
-You may change your sign in and personal information such as name, sign in email address and telephone number from View or change my account information. After changing any information, click “Update” button.
-If you change to a new email address, this email address will be used for

  • Sign in
  • Receiving our welcome email, Order confirmation, Order processing (or Order Status) and Delivery Confirmation.

Please remember to sign in with your new email address next time and also make sure that your email address is not misspelled. For your safety, personal information can ONLY be changed by yourself from the “My Account” section which is encypted by SSL
 
How can I change my shipping address?
You may add, modify, or delete shipping address records from “View or change entries in my address book”. Simply click either the “Add new address”, “Edit” or “Delete” button to make modifications.

What is my address book?
-My address book contains information about your shipping and billing addresses. You may add, modify, or delete any information at “View or change entries in my address book”.
-The Primary address is simply reference address assigned to the profile when you created an account at the first time. Also, the Primary address will be used as the pre-selected shipping and billing address for order placed on our store by system default.
-A maximum of 5 address book entries allowed.

What should i do if I can’t log in to my account?
-The first suggestion would be for you to delete your browser cookies and cache. We find that this resolves 99% of login problems instantly.

-In Internet Explorer, you would simply follow this instruction;

  • Click on ‘Tools > Internet Options
  • Click on the ‘Delete Cookies’ Button to delete the cookies from your computer
  • ‘Delete Files’ to clear the browser’s cache. Now when you try and login, everything should work fine.

What should I do if I forget my password?
-Simply click on the ‘Forget your password?’ link at the login page. You need to enter the email address you registered your account with. And then, click ‘Submit’
-You will receive immediately an email with your requested new password. Please check your email spam folder if you do not receive our email.
-Your requested new password from us would be very difficult to remember. For that reason, you can change your new password by login > My account > Change my account password.

If you have forgotten your login username or password, Please enter your registered email address below and we will reset your account password for you. You will receive an email with your new password and activation link. (Please check youremail spam folder if you do not receive our emails).

After you activate the password, you will be able to login to the website again.

Once you login, you can change your password to something more memorable by going to the ‘Change your password’

How do I place an order?

  3. You will be transferred to Your Shopping Cart Content where you can see and recheck all the items you have ordered in the shopping cart.

How do I know if Esiamcenter has received my order?
When you place an order, you will receive our Order confirmation which describes your order number and also confirms your ordered items. After that, you will receive the order update identifying your new status as a processing. This can be explained that we are processing your order. If you do not receive our email, Please check “Why didn’t I receive Esiamcenter’s email?”

 

Edit my order

Can I add more items after I’ve placed an order?
Once you order has been placed, you cannot modify or change the order from “My Account”. If your order has not yet shipped, however, you are able to add items by contacting our Customer Service as soon as possible. To make sure prompt service, please provide us the following information

  1. Your name and order number
  2. Item Title

If your order has already been shipped, Items cannot be added to your order.

Can I cancel items or orders after I’ve placed an order?
Yes, your order may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed yet, usually the next business day. Please contact us via email to cancel your order and we will let you know if your order has been processed, shipped or successfully cancelled.

Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed an order?
Once you order has been placed, you cannot modify or change the shipping address from “My Account”. If you order has not yet shipped, however, you are able to change by contacting our Customer Service. Please contact us as soon as possible before delivery process starts.

If your order has already been shipped, your shipping address cannot be changed.

What is gift wrapping?
If you choose the gift wrapping option, we pride ourselves in individually hand wrapping each item, and it will be packed in our traditional style of package and presented immediately as a gift for yourself or a loved one.

How do I get my order/ items gift wrapped?

After you finish shopping and click at check out, ‘Delivery Information’ page will be shown up. You will see our ‘Free gift wrapping Options’ asking whether you need Gift wrapping for your order.

  1. Gift wrapping for specific items, simply, click at check box which specific Item you would like to have a Gift wrapping. We will wrap separately.
  2. Gift wrapping for All in a one, simply, check all check boxes. We will wrap all in one.
  3. Gift wrapping for all items but separately, simply, check all check boxes and write your request at “Special Instructions or Comments about Your order” field. Otherwise, your order will be wrapped as all in one.     

Is Gift wrapping FREE?
Yes, we offer you a FREE gift wrapping for you.

I have added Gift wrapping to my order, Can I have the greeting card?
Yes, you can have it. After you finish shopping and click at check out, ‘Delivery Information’ page will be shown up. Please write your request at “Special Instructions or Comments about Your order” field including your message (such as the name of recipient, sender and a beautiful message)

Will the message be handwritten on the card?
Yes, we will hand-write your message directly on the card to give it a personal touch. Currently, we cannot offer different fonts.

How can I use my discount code/ discount coupon/Redemption Code?

To redeem your coupon, simply copy down your coupon code and enter the code into the ‘Discount coupon’ field after checkout (Step 2 –Payment information)

How can I check that my discount code is still valid?
You can check your discount code is still valid or invalid by clicking at Discount Coupons. Simply, enter your discount code into your coupon field. And then, click at ‘Send’

Discount Coupon Information will show our discount offer for the discount coupon redemption code which you have entered.

Please take advantage of all coupons before their expiration date as expired coupons will not be extended.

 

Back Orders
If an item (Fisherman Pants and Shoulder Bag) is out of stock, they will be placed as backorder. We will notify you by email within 24 hours after receiving your order. We will deliver your shipment within the expected time frame; usually the items will be available within 2-4 weeks.

If you do not want the backorder, we; Esiamcenter, will personally help you to change your order by replaced new items or cancelled your order.

  2. Express DHL/FedEx Delivery time takes 3-5 days. In peak times 3-7 days (Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day or Halloween)

In case of over 10 or 20 kg parcel, we will find other couriers such as UPS, DHL and FEDEX. And we will send you an estimate shipping rates which can save your shipping cost as much as possible.

Customs & Tax

How will Esiamcenter help me in case of import duties, taxes or fees? 
Yes, we are happy to help our customers. Here are some tips from our prior experience.

European Union:


As the following, you can get avoid of paying any fees;

  • A maximum selling price of €45,00.According to this statement, you can send items as a gift to someone within the EU from outside EU with a maximum value of €45,00
  • A maximum selling price of €22,00.You are able to order or purchase everywhere for your personal used with a maximum value of €22,00

The Selling price is the value of the goods and excludes packaging and postage. Therefore, the represent price on our site are selling price.

If you order several products and dispatch them to a single address, and the total sum of the purchase prices is more than € 45.00, you will be charged import duties. Therefore, we can offer you a dispatch order in a separate package. We will not charge you with any extra cost. This needs to be agreed between Esiamcenter and you as our customer. Otherwise, we will send it in one package.

It also depends on the customs judgment in term of the value of product. From prior experiences, our customers never paid any duties. However, we are not able to make any guarantees that it will not happen:

United States of America:

At this moment, the rules are still unclear regarding import into the USA. American customers have had no problems or import duties to be paid.

 

Can Esiamcenter reimburse me if import duties, taxes or fees have been charged by Customs or Shipping Company?

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government. Since each country is different, Esiamcenter is not able to take responsibility in paying those duties. All duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer.

According to different requirements in different countries, it would be better to ensure with your government customs office and check out information about custom clearance, duties and taxes. Try to find out what the taxes are and how much you can buy without paying taxes.

Shipping charges can not be refunded; we can only refund the selling price of the item returned. You will be credited back the exact amount you have paid.

*Your returned items must be in the same condition (New, Sealed or Un-Opened) that you received them. Used products are not refundable. We have the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.
