I would like to congratulate esiam centre on their excellent customer service, in particular Thomas. Having ordered 2 pairs of aladdin pants, received within the stated time frame, I discovered that one pair was the wrong colour due to a technical error (wrong picture displayed...which has since been rectified). I emailed esiam centre and was put in touch with Thomas who has kindly sent me the correct pair without any hassle, and very efficiently.
